Mi-Forms for iOS and Mi-Forms for Android

If you have multiple users who log into the same iPad or Android device, you may run into an issue with form caching. The first user's forms still appears when a second user logs in, even if logging in as a different Customer. The device caches all of the form data to make it available while offline.

The solution: 

Select "Settings" and scroll to the bottom of the page. You will notice an option titled Reset Everything. In this field, enter the phrase "DELETE IT ALL" to clear the device's cache for the Mi-Forms app.


Please use caution when performing this function - all data associated with the app (such as server settings) will be deleted and no longer accessible.
